The 7th-generation Honda City could make its debut at the Pakistan Auto Show 2026, although Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan has not officially confirmed the launch.
Speculation grew after the official Pakistan Auto Show social media page released a blurred teaser showing what appears to be the rear lights of an upcoming vehicle.
The design of the lights appears similar to the tail lamps used on the global 7th-generation Honda City.
The teaser carries the message: “The wheels are turning. The engines are warming up. And something big is about to move. Stay tuned!”
The Pakistan Auto Show 2026 is scheduled for September 18, 19 and 20. The event has increased expectations of new vehicle launches and unveilings.
7th-Generation Honda City
The 7th-generation Honda City was introduced globally in November 2019. It is built on the GN1 and GN2 platforms and features major changes in design and dimensions compared with its predecessor.
The global model measures around 4,580 mm in length. It features a redesigned front grille, LED headlights, daytime running lights and distinctive LED rear lights.
Depending on the market, the City is available with different powertrain options. These include a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated i-VTEC engine producing around 119 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT.
Turbo and Hybrid Options
Some international markets also offer a 1.0-liter turbocharged engine and Honda’s e:HEV strong-hybrid system.
Inside, the 7th-generation City features a modern dashboard, touchscreen infotainment, smartphone connectivity and upgraded comfort and convenience features.
Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan has not yet confirmed the launch of the 7th-generation Honda City. More details are expected as the Pakistan Auto Show approaches in September 2026.
