Actor and filmmaker Jamal Shah has responded to recent claims made by Faryal Gohar about their marriage, allegations of prolonged domestic violence and the loss of their twins.
According to Shah, the couple married in 1984. He disputes Gohar’s account of the circumstances surrounding her pregnancy loss, saying it followed a dog bite in 1985 rather than domestic violence.
Shah further claims that Gohar did not have any subsequent pregnancies during the period when he was in London for his studies. He says the couple eventually divorced in 1989, disputing the timeline presented by Gohar regarding the miscarriage and their separation.

Jamal Shah Denies Domestic Violence Allegations
Shah has also denied allegations of domestic violence. He has rejected the account presented by Gohar and offered his own version of the events surrounding their marriage and divorce.
He also said that he turned down an ARY drama that was reportedly inspired by the couple’s story.
Shah Says He Remarried in 2005
According to Shah, he remarried in 2005 and is now living a happy family life with his wife and three children.
The comments come in response to Faryal Gohar’s recent interview, in which she discussed her marriage to Shah and made allegations concerning their relationship and the loss of her twins.
