BYD has introduced the SEALION 6 at the ongoing auto show at Expo Centre Lahore, presenting it as the company’s first locally assembled vehicle in Pakistan.
The company said local assembly of the SEALION 6 is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Super DM-i Technology
The SEALION 6 features BYD’s Super DM-i technology and offers a total driving range of up to 1,100 kilometres, according to the company.
The model was unveiled alongside BYD’s latest lineup of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles at the auto show.
New BYD Models on Display
The exhibition features several BYD models, including the BYD Atto 2, BYD Shark 6 Anniversary Edition, SEALION 6 and Denza B8.
First Locally Assembled BYD Vehicle
According to the company, the SEALION 6 will be BYD’s first locally assembled vehicle in Pakistan, with local assembly scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.
